"So far I've been most surprised by your sessions as the movements are small and are quite manageable so you feel like youre doing nothing but the next day I really feel like the muscle has worked and thats a big surprise! I always thought you had to force things and feel pain to get that sense of accomplishment so its nice that you dont. Charlotte, your yoga sessions are PSYCHO - I love them!

There is pain (or a strong sensation as you so sweetly put it) but I can already feel the difference in my posture, in how I move my body to stretch it out after sitting a long while and in the knowledge that I can push boundaries in what my body can do. Id normally crumple into a heap and say "I cant do it" but your insistence that I can has kept me on track. I really look forward to the yoga now which is another surprise as mid-way through the first session I was ready to raise my hand and ask to be excused from class, miss. And I was really buzzing after yesterdays class.

I did two very strenuous levada walks in Madeira and whenever I felt like I was dying I remembered you girls and rallied my forces. One walk was 8.5 miles and the other was 8 miles but all up and down mountains (apparently the most difficult one you can do on the island as it goes up to the highest peak). I know absolutely 100% that I wouldn't have been able to do it without the exercise and food changes of the last few weeks so thank you so much for that!"
