Charlotte, Charlene and Kerry have all worked together in different capacities within the health, wellbeing and weight loss arenas with great success and popularity. Together they have now devised the ultimate weight loss course with the main focus on forming new habits and discovering what works for you personally.
Small intimate groups of women allow them to use the latest developments in nutrition, exercise and psychology to devise a programme incorporating; Bio-Typing, NLP and Movement. This powerful combination gets to the root of weight loss problems and sets you on a course for positive and long-lasting change.

Charlotte Watts BA (Hons) DipION mBANT: Qualified Yoga Teacher
Charlotte studied at The Institute of Optimum Nutrition, London where
she was also a second year and Year 3 Programme Leader. She works with
clients to identify the underlying reasons for health concerns, looking
at how the body functions as a whole allow her to make connections
between what you eat, how you live, your family history and the factors
that have influenced your health and weight. In her many years of seeing
clients privately, she has had great success at seeing people lose
weight naturally to become healthier, happier and feeling more in
control of their lives. She is the author of' Lose Weight Now!' and 'Top
100 Recipes for Happy Kids' and also the Expert/ Co-Presenter on Series
3 of the hit BBC3 show 'Freaky Eaters'. Charlotte has been practising
yoga for over ten years and studied at the Vajrasati School in Brighton
(www.vajrasatiyoga.co.uk) which is certified to 500 hours Teacher
Training by the Yoga Alliance. She works with clients in both nutrition

Charlene Hutsebaut: B.P.E., B.Ed., CSCS., REPs Lev 3, Stott Certified Pilates Instructor
Charlene is a Personal Trainer and Well-being Consultant who takes a
holistic approach to client fitness and lifestyle development, building
programmes from her own extensive education and experience in order to
guide clients towards their weight loss goals. She has 14 years in the
fitness industry holding degrees in both Physical Education and
Education, is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning
Association and is a Stott Certified Pilates Instructor. She educates
people on exercise, nutrition, health issues and lifestyle changes. Her
caring, yet firm attitude makes her a sought after professional in her
field. She travels to clients homes, utilises London parks and has
access to several key exercise facilities in West London. Her love of
being active and healthy allows her to set a realistic example for her
clients. Charlene is a regular contributing writer of articles to UK Fit
Pro, Can Fit Pro and Fitness Life New Zealand magazines and
femininezone.com and has been featured in both London and Fabric
Magazines. The BBC retained Charlene's services as a consultant on the

Dr. Kerry Halliday PhD:
Kerry specialises in making people feel good; motivating them to become
more fit and healthy and to make their goals become reality. Harnessing
the psychology of change she teaches techniques for mastering emotions,
health and the rich opportunities life presents. She has had much
success with these in the areas of weight loss and forming new habits
around food and eating. Having identified a new breed of women who is
self-motivated and vibrant, she aims to help them create positive change
and form new habits. Using her extensive knowledge in health psychology,
medical sociology, hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP)
she incorporates a dynamic science of peak performance. She believes
that everyone has the choice to change. To do this she teaches powerful
tools on both a conscious and unconscious level; allowing clients become
open to making deeper inner changes, enabling empowering and profound
effects. Kerry works dynamically in small groups and in personalised
consultations, and continuously sees amazing results in those who are
committed to increasing the quality of their life.
